Innovations Hospitality Search is owned and operated by Yasmine Howerton.
This policy covers information handled through the public website, including contact and hiring inquiries, basic website usage information, and communications with us. Candidate and resume information is explained in greater detail in the Candidate Privacy Notice.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, organization, email address, telephone number, location or market, role or hiring need, and the message you choose to send. Candidate inquiries may also contain professional background, work preferences, and other recruiting information.
Our systems may receive basic technical information such as the page visited, referring page, browser session identifier, and delivery or security events. Administrators provide authentication information to Supabase to access the private console. We do not ask public visitors for passwords, financial account information, medical information, or government identification numbers.
Where information comes from
We receive information directly from people who contact us, from hiring organizations and candidates involved in recruiting work, from professional or public sources used for recruiting research, and automatically from the limited website and security technologies described in the Cookie Policy.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and communicate about recruiting services.
- Evaluate hiring needs and candidate backgrounds, match people with opportunities, and support placement-related work.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and private administration tools.
- Send service messages, inquiry acknowledgements, and internal notifications.
- Maintain records, enforce terms, and meet legal, contractual, and security obligations.
Service providers and other recipients
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting and deployment, database and authentication services, transactional email, and consented website analytics. The current services include Railway, Supabase, Resend, and, only after analytics is accepted, Google Analytics.
Recruiting information may also be provided to prospective employers as described in the Candidate Privacy Notice and only after the candidate authorization required by our process. External application links are governed by the receiving service's own terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or address fraud or misuse.
Sale and behavioral advertising
We do not use advertising pixels or session replay, and the verified website does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics is blocked until accepted and can be rejected or changed through Cookie Settings.
Retention
Website inquiries and operational records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and for legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping needs.
Candidate and recruiting records are ordinarily retained for at least four years from creation, receipt, or the related recruiting action, as applicable. They may be kept longer while a search, placement, dispute, legal hold, contractual obligation, or legal requirement remains active. After the applicable period, information is securely deleted or de-identified when reasonably practicable.
Privacy requests and browser signals
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing privacy@innovationshospitalitysearch.com. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the information before acting. A request may be limited where retention is required for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping reasons. Rights available under applicable law vary by location and circumstances.
The site does not respond to the older Do Not Track signal because there is no consistent industry standard for it. When a browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional analytics remains off. You may also reject analytics or reopen Cookie Settings from the footer.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the services in use. No system, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Age requirement
The website and recruiting services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly accept applications or resumes from individuals under 18.
External links and policy updates
Links to external websites and application services are not controlled by Innovations Hospitality Search. Review their privacy terms before providing information.
We may revise this policy as practices or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate website notice.
