Innovations Hospitality Search supports employer recruiting but does not make the employer's final interview, hiring, compensation, or employment decisions.
Candidate information we may handle
- Name, email address, telephone number, location, availability, and communication preferences.
- Resume details, employment history, education, qualifications, licenses, skills, and professional achievements.
- Compensation expectations, work preferences, relocation interests, and opportunity preferences.
- Communications, interview information, professional references, recruiter notes, and assessments relevant to a search.
- Information you provide directly or that is obtained from professional, referral, employer, or public sources.
How candidate information is used
We use candidate information to communicate with you, understand your experience and interests, evaluate and organize qualifications, search and match candidates with opportunities, support interviews and placement-related work, maintain recruiting records, and operate and secure our systems.
AI-assisted processing
Artificial-intelligence systems may process candidate and resume information to read or extract resume details; organize candidate information; summarize qualifications and experience; search and match candidates with opportunities; compare or rank recruiting information; and assist with drafting, research, and administrative recruiting work.
AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate and does not guarantee suitability, contact, representation, an interview, placement, or employment. Contact privacy@innovationshospitalitysearch.com to ask questions, request a correction, or raise a concern about AI-assisted processing.
Who may receive candidate information
Service providers supporting hosting, database, authentication, email, and recruiting operations may process candidate information under their service role. Authorized candidate information may be presented to a prospective employer for the covered opportunity. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary for law, security, or protection of rights.
Information may be processed across state lines in the United States because the firm works nationwide and its service providers operate distributed systems.
How long records are kept
Candidate and recruiting records are ordinarily retained for at least four years from creation, receipt, or the related recruiting action, as applicable. This includes applications, resumes, candidate records, employment-referral records, recruiter notes, candidate authorizations, and related placement records.
Records may be kept longer while a search, placement, dispute, legal hold, contractual obligation, or legal requirement remains active. After the applicable period, information will be securely deleted or de-identified when reasonably practicable.
Correction and deletion requests
Email privacy@innovationshospitalitysearch.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping purposes. We will explain when a request cannot be completed in full.
Information not to include
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment information, passwords, medical information, government identification numbers, or other information unnecessary for recruiting. The current public website does not provide a resume-upload control. If a future upload is offered, its accepted formats and size limits will be displayed at that control.
Fees, age, and no guarantees
Innovations Hospitality Search does not charge candidates a fee for its recruiting or placement services.
The recruiting services are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older, and we do not knowingly accept applications or resumes from anyone under 18.
Submitting information does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee contact, representation, an interview, placement, or employment.
Security and contact
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
